  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods.

  • Omyra Skin is not responsible for additional bank or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

  • Omyra Skin reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Omyra Skin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used products.

  • Refunds or replacements are only considered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photo/video evidence.

  • Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit, at Omyra Skin’s discretion.

7. Allergies & Skin Reactions

  • Skincare products may affect individuals differently.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before use.

  • Omyra Skin is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, designs, and branding, is the exclusive property of Omyra Skin and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. User Conduct
