Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened, used, or tampered products due to health and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A store credit, at our discretion

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivity

  • Individual skin reactions can vary.

  • We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists and conducting a patch test before full use.

  • Omyra Skin is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities, and such cases do not qualify for refunds.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
