  • Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

4. Courier Services

  • Omyra Skin uses trusted third-party courier services.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.

  • Omyra Skin is not liable for delayed or lost parcels due to incorrect address information.

  • Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is missing items

  • Has not arrived within the estimated timeframe

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the parcel may be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, Omyra Skin does not offer international shipping.
